Returns & refunds — the 30-day Kaya guarantee
We stand behind the Kaya set with a simple promise: use it for a full 30 days
after delivery. If you do not feel calmer and looser — or it is simply not for
you — email us at rajandakhlallah089@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your
order and we refund you in full. You do not need to explain why.
- The guarantee covers normal use. You do not need the original packaging, tags,
or an unused product — a mat you have actually lain on is exactly what the
guarantee is for.
- We may ask you to ship the set back; if we do, we send you a prepaid return
label and instructions. There is no restocking fee.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days of
approval; your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
- Damaged or wrong item? Contact us right away with a photo and we make it
right at no cost.
- This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
